Our goal is to provide a beautiful, clean, and safe environment for every guest.
Guests are expected to:
- Follow all posted safety guidelines.
- Use equipment responsibly.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Report spills or hazards immediately.
Safety
The studio is cleaned regularly between bookings. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it.
Cleanliness
For the safety and security of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the main common areas of the studio.
Camera footage is only reviewed by Wisteria Woods Studio staff (all female staff members) unless required by law.
If your session requires additional privacy (such as boudoir or other intimate sessions), you may request that cameras be temporarily disabled during your reservation. Because the camera system is part of our building security, a Wisteria Woods Studio staff member must be present during that time.
Cameras are never located in bathrooms or changing areas.

- Anything that may trigger the building's fire suppression system
Decorations
Guests assume responsibility for themselves and those attending their reservation. Wisteria Woods Studio is not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen belongings, or damages resulting from misuse of the facility.
Liability
Please treat all furniture, décor, props, and studio equipment with care.
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Alcohol is permitted only when all applicable state and local laws are followed.
Event organizers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or liquor licenses. Wisteria Woods Studio can recommend licensed bartending services or vendors to assist with this process.

Alcohol
Day rentals include access to the studio between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, allowing time for setup, the event or session, and cleanup within your reserved rental period.

The studio does not include private restroom facilities within the rental space. Guests have access to the building's shared restrooms during normal building operating hours.
