Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests, depending on your event layout and furniture selections. The space can accommodate 80 seated guests.

Yes! Tables, chairs, and other event essentials are available as optional add-ons so you can customize your event without paying for items you don't need. You would need to provide your own linens.

Event rentals are available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Your reserved rental time includes decorating, your event, and cleanup. If you think you'll need additional time, we recommend booking it in advance.

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own photographer, caterer, florist, planner, DJ, and other vendors.

Decorations are welcome as long as they do not permanently alter or damage the space. All decorations must be removed before your reservation ends.

Yes! While the restrooms are not located inside the studio itself, they are directly across the hallway and feature multiple stalls for guest convenience.

A baby changing station is also available within the studio.

Yes. All event rentals are required to obtain day-of event liability insurance before their reservation. This helps protect both you and the venue.

Yes, provided all applicable New York State laws are followed.

If alcohol will be served, any required permits, licensed bartending services, insurance, or other legal requirements are the responsibility of the renter. If you need assistance, we're happy to recommend trusted vendors who can help guide you through the process.

You can rent the space for photography or events by the hour. Hourly rentals begin at $80 per hour.

A full day rental is $900, with optional add-ons available.

All reservations are non-refundable.

If your plans change, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation, subject to availability and the terms of your rental agreement. Payments cannot be refunded.

Yes! Much of our furniture is intentionally movable so you can create the perfect layout for your session or event.

Please lift rather than drag furniture whenever possible and return everything to its original location before your reservation ends.

Accidents happen, and we appreciate your honesty.

Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged during your rental. The renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to report damage.

Pets may be permitted for photography sessions with prior approval. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your plans.

No. Smoking, vaping, open flames, candles, fireworks, confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, and any materials that may permanently damage the space are prohibited unless approved in writing by Wisteria Woods Studio.

Yes. Wisteria Woods Studio is equipped with security cameras throughout the studio to help protect our guests, staff, equipment, and property.

We understand that some sessions—such as boudoir or other intimate photography—require an added level of privacy. Camera footage is treated as confidential and is only accessed when necessary for security concerns, property damage, emergencies, or other incidents requiring review.

Access to recorded footage is strictly limited to authorized Wisteria Woods Studio staff, all of whom are female, or law enforcement if legally required or if an incident necessitates their involvement.

If you would prefer that cameras be temporarily disabled during your reservation, you may submit a request in advance. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require a designated Wisteria Woods Studio staff member to remain on-site for the duration of your rental as an alternative security measure. Additional fees may apply.
